I grew up on a farm with hand-me-downs, coupons, and a lot of hard work. It was drilled into my head that my station in life was one of having leftovers, little possibilities for much else, and a fear of questioning the “truth” as it was told to me by teachers, parents, and religion.



I spent most of my life broke, sad and unfulfilled


What could possibly change someone who spent their whole life just seeing what was being served up, rather than ordering something off the menu?

Tragedy. The sheer force of will. The straw that broke the camel’s back.


I’d finally hit my limit. I’d finally realized that there was more out there, or I’d die trying to find it. This small, broke, bullshit existence I’d been living in was no longer my home. I made sure to stay uncomfortable, so that I kept working towards a new future, I made sure that I was intent on a goal. I have never been so singularly focused in my life!



I treated the old me like the ex you have a restraining order on. No matter how lonely you get, never ever go back. EVER.


I made a promise to myself that this was my new reality. Upgrades, growth, change, and never ever settling for the leftovers ever again. EVER. There is so much love and abundance out there for each of us to absorb and spend on each other, it was crazy that I’d never seen it all around me. A perspective shift is what I needed to shake me out of a life NOT worth living. A small, boring life that was being lived with no purpose and very little fulfillment.

I was not living for myself!

I was living for my parents, the people on social media, the people I thought I wanted to impress, be accepted, and be loved by, who had no interest in my best version. (Thank God!) I am not sad that I left a massive amount of people behind when I started transforming my life. There is a quote, that says, “If I won’t take advice from them, why would I listen to their criticism?” You are the sum of the closest five people to you, and mine were not where I now saw myself. I was moving up and away from the negative thoughts, patterns, and people in my life.

The perspective shift I offer in this course is magnetic to change.

Gail is a Commercial Insurance Agent specializing in middle market accounts that can benefit from a risk review, benchmarking and comprehensive analysis of the business to prevent coverage gaps, financial leaks, overspending, underperforming insurance and bottom lines, all while giving the top line room to maneuver with the extra funds or the extra coverage support. This is accomplished by proprietary analytics, a specialization support team across the country in every aspect of the insurance program and the close relationship trust needed to accomplish this.

Gail started her career in insurance and spent the next 8 years honing her sales and networking skills. She is a master networker, relationship builder and sales professional. She felt the lack of support learning how to navigate sales and networking with intent, and wanted to mentor others to help them avoid the pitfalls she fell into that kept her from being successful. Mindset work is how she turned her career around and is looking forward to mentoring others in this shift.
