We never know the impact we can make if we just take a leap of faith in ourselves.

I spent YEARS playing the victim, blaming my circumstances, my parents, my bosses, the random guy on the street, the Universe…anyone and everything that seemed like a scapegoat. Then, after I went through a traumatic experience, I was forced to view the world differently, forced to look at myself in a mirror, and chose to keep looking until I had taken full responsibility for the person looking back at me.

That was not an easy task

The way past Imposter Syndrome is not easy, but also not as hard as you think if you are dedicated to a different outcome than you have previously been participating in. Your subconscious mind is waiting on you to tell it what to do. There are tricks we can do to teach ourselves how to overcome the limitations placed on us that don’t belong there. You are worthy of so much!! If you were a bad person, or not worthy of something better than your current circumstances, you wouldn’t be here right now reading this, wishing for more. Because you see this, because you are here because you are reaching for something different than you’ve had in the past…

Gail is a Commercial Insurance Agent specializing in middle market accounts that can benefit from a risk review, benchmarking and comprehensive analysis of the business to prevent coverage gaps, financial leaks, overspending, underperforming insurance and bottom lines, all while giving the top line room to maneuver with the extra funds or the extra coverage support. This is accomplished by proprietary analytics, a specialization support team across the country in every aspect of the insurance program and the close relationship trust needed to accomplish this. Gail started her career in insurance and spent the next 8 years honing her sales and networking skills. She is a master networker, relationship builder and sales professional. She felt the lack of support learning how to navigate sales and networking with intent, and wanted to mentor others to help them avoid the pitfalls she fell into that kept her from being successful. Mindset work is how she turned her career around and is looking forward to mentoring others in this shift.
